Zemen's existing building is celebrated for its transcendent architectural expression, embodied in its soaring forms. This extension building continues this theme, projecting from an abstract axis that symbolizes the ongoing pursuit of transcendence.
DESIGN DETAIL
A unique public staircase in the lower floors creates a dynamic and dramatic experience, offering varied circulation options for tenants and Visitors spatial quality absent in the original structure.
The extension harmoniously integrates with the existing building while establishing its own distinct identity. Respectful of the urban fabric, skyline, and surrounding environment, it enhances the city through thoughtful design, public access, and inclusivity
